Thursday's Child has far to go - Trad.
Not quite so far now - another one and a half pounds lost this week :).
Not doing a food diary again today; too late in the day to remember everything I've eaten but all of it was free food, very low in syns or healthy extra.
Haven't had opportunities for much walking this week but spent a lot of time in the garden early on and made my way to Sainsbury's and back on Tuesday. Trip to Ashford/Staines yesterday for hospital appointment (Husband's), bit of shopping & cinema visit to see Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Just as good second time around!
Today has been spent indoors, waiting all morning for Sky engineer whilst preparing tonight's dinner and then a spot of housework (?!) before an early arrival at Slimming World to help with the clothes sale, which was well supported with donations of clothes but not very many sales. Quite a lot of stuff left over!
There seems to be a lot of negativity around at the moment; everyone seems to be expecting larger weight losses every week and aren't satisfied with anything less than 2lbs, it seems. Maybe if there wasn't as much interest shown in how much chocolate could be shoe-horned into the eating plan the losses would increase!
I'm pleased to say that I feel I have overcome the chocolate/sugar addiction by banning them altogether. Chocolate, cakes, biscuits, etc are now all easily ignored and I can easily sit and drink my afternoon tea with a friend and happily watch the cakes disappear down someone elses throat without feeling in any way deprived and there is no reason why this happy state of affairs shouldn't continue.
Bedtime now - busy day tomorrow......
