LUNCH - very large salad of shredded lettuce and tomatoes dressed with 3 tsp extra light mayo (0.5 syns) and very lightly sprinkled with Parmesan (1tsp, 0.5 syns) topped with 2 chicken drumsticks & slice of SW quiche, followed by Muller Light Yogurt (peach) & tea with milk from allowance Total 1 syn
THROUGHOUT AFTERNOON - diet coke & low calorie squash plus Activia fat free yogurt (Cherry)
DINNER - SW burgers topped with bacon & 2 eggs, SW chips & baked beans. Olive oil sprays for chips, egg & bacon - 1.5. For dessert, banana, orange, 2 clementines and a Muller Light (Cherry) Total 1.5 syns
EVENING DRINKS - low calorie squash

EXERCISE - All day in the garden, working
Spent the day in the garden - lots to do now the weather's warming up just a bit. This morning I was assisted by Charles Aznavour, this afternoon Lionel Richie, both very good company. Aznavour's 'She' is, in my opinion, one of the best love songs ever along with 'Without You' by Harry Nilsson, so I'm wondering if he wrote this one about the same woman:
